Apostle Maldonado earned a master degree in practical theology from Oral Roberts University and a doctorate in divinity from Vision International University. He gives spiritual coverage to more than 330 pastors and apostles of local and international churches in 50 countries, which form part of a growing association, the Network of the Supernatural Movement. Also, he is the founder of the University of the Supernatural Ministry (USM), which provides men and women with teaching, training, impartation, and activation, both in the Word and in the demonstration of God supernatural power.
Some of his most recent books are: How to Walk in the Supernatural Power of God, The Glory of God, The Kingdom of Power, Supernatural Transformation, Supernatural Deliverance, Daily Encounters with God, and Divine Encounter with the Holy Spirit. Since he was a child, Teacher John Laffitte has had a passion for exploring space. His entire academic career was aimed at becoming an astronaut. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Aeronautics and Astronautics. He earned a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. In the course of his career, he had a supernatural encounter with God that transformed his life. He gave his life fully to Jesus. God used these years to train him in his calling and giving him a passion for His Word and to seek Him. After completing his studies, Dr. Laffitte and his wife, Leticia Laffitte, moved to Miami. Later, he began to attend King Jesus International Ministry, and served the people of God as an interpreter. Years later he was ordained and commissioned by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado as minister and teacher.
His passion is to teach others all the Word of God and work in the vision God has given Apostle Maldonado; to bring the supernatural power of God to this generation. Teacher John continued to grow spiritually under the paternity of Apostle Maldonado, but he also completed his Master in Theology from Oral Roberts University and Doctorate in Ministry from Vision International University. Today, Teacher Laffitte is Executive Vice President and Professor of the University of the Supernatural Ministry. He helps people called by God to prepare for ministry and other churches to establish their own Bible institutes. To help them bring knowledge of the Scripture along with the supernatural movement of God, to their congregations. Currently he lives in Miami, Florida, with his wife and daughters.

His first steps in Christ way were at Oasis de Esperanza church (Hope Oasis) in Costa Rica, where he attended the Biblical Institute. In 1994, he graduated as a Physician at Costa Rica University. In 1995, he was ordained as Associate Pastor at his church and, in 1997 he began to work full time giving support to his Pastor in the Ministry.
In 2001, God connected him to Apostle Guillermo Maldonado, who invited him to be part of his crusader team; and that same year ordained him as a Minister of King Jesus Ministry. In 2007, he married Belkys, a spiritual daughter of the Apostle, and moved to Miami. So he definitely became part of this ministerial team. In 2009 he was ordained as Pastor.
Currently, Pastor Alejandro runs, alongside his wife, one of the Apostolic Nets at King Jesus. Besides, he teaches and preaches the Word with a God given special grace to bring down mental strongholds. As part of his ministry formation he earned his Master Degree in Theology from Oral Roberts University graduated with honors. Today, he is part of the University of the Supernatural Ministry Faculty (USM).

She has been more than 20 years as an active member of King Jesus Ministry, where she has worked in the vision of the house as a Deacon, Mentor, Elder, and worship leader of New Wine band. She is passionate for God genuine worship and for raising worship leaders who will know how to bring God presence to their lives and the church. Today, she is a Pastor and Teacher ordained by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado.
